Jamaica Plain Attic to Fourth Floor Conversion

Brought a three-family through a 10 month zoning process during the pandemic to permit a 1200 square foot three-bedroom unit in an existing attic space. Extensive infrastructure and utility changes were required in upgrading the life safety systems from the three family code to the commercial code.

North Brighton Two-Fam to Three-Fam Conversion

Converted a two-family structure into a three family building.

Forest Hills 3 Family Rehab

Complete gut remodel of a three family that had been improperly categorized as a two-family. Extensive zoning work was required to confirm the occupancy and major upgrades to the building included tank-fed fire suppression systems as well as monitored fire alarms.
